Who?

Sursum Consulting was founded in 2017 by me, Sarah Lewis. I am professional with over 25 years of experience in communications, marketing, events and media! I am a storyteller with a toolkit of skills, channels, suppliers and ideas and most importantly, decades of experience.

Based in beautiful Papamoa, Sursum Group services clients throughout New Zealand and Australia.

In the years BC (before children!) I was luchy to have an amazing career working in senior roles for some of NZ’s most recognisable brands including NZRL, TVNZ, The NZ Herald, Telecom (now Spark) and overseas for Heathrow Airport initially managing experiential and moving on to lead the VIP, diplomatic and Private Jet business for the AIrport. This allowed me to work on amazing events such as the 2012 Olympics and UEFA Champions League.

Since returning to NZ and starting Sursum Group I have had a blast. Getting to work with a diverse range of clients such as NZ Rugby, Rotorua Economic Development, Sports Inc, Auckland Tuatara, Creative Bay of Plenty, TMBC and NZ Masters Games to name a small sample.

I love what I do and have built a network of incredible suppliers who are the best in the business. We are storytellers and we use our toolkit to launch brands, create magical events, produce entertaining podcasts and social media content or write strategy and marketing plans that impact your audience.

Signage and branding of anything and everything from merchandise to large event design and build to every day retail signage and labels. We work with Red Ant, one of NZ’s most experienced suppliers to create everything you need to showcase your brand.

Strategic planning for your business can require an external perspective. We build a project team od experts based on your brief to deliver your team a workable strategy with action plans, milestones and success metrics.
